This municipal assessment of Juba of 2005 examines greater Juba’s planning priorities, options, and opportunities, conducted an analysis of the current municipal administrative structure and existing records pertaining to land transactions and town planning, and examined existing governmental capacity to manage land, housing, building, and planning in a period of rapid change.
